Roadmap
The following estimations about the future Plunid development are given based on:
- current task list (remaining things to be done/solved),
- complexity of those tasks (comparing them to the already resolved ones),
- current team strength and
- predictions of our team growth needs.
Generally, we think our project could be pushed live as early as April 2025 (when we expect our first registered users). The following roadmap depicts what lies in front of our project.
Web Summit Lisboa
Plunid team will attend the world’s greatest tech conference. We’re looking for fundraising, building community, networking and spreading the word about the project.
Cryptography validation and Legal consulting
We already connected with people from Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Science and Arts in order to validate our cryptography algorithms, but the work lays ahead of us.
Since our project is user-centric we’re in close contact with external Legal advice team to make sure all user’s personal data has been handled properly.
External Solidity code review
All past code reviews have been done in-house, but we want others to provide their valuable insights on our code just to make sure everything’s been done properly and that all edge cases are covered.
Time to expand…
This is when we plan to hire our support team and search for larger office space.
Time to GO LIVE!
Based on everything that we know and were able to forsee regarding Plunid – we think this is the right date for going live. Before that we’re going to submit Plunid White Paper to Serbian authority approval.
Self sustainability
We need just two months for our project to become self sustainalbe. That is, we’re expecting monthly revenue to cover all costs of the project in just two months after pushing live.

User addoption
In the chart below you can see 2 years estimation on Plunid user addoption. Once Plunid goes live – we’ll be able to handle all real-person interactions (activation, etc…) and provide support for our registered users for some period of time. After those few initial months (when Plunid starts getting traction and registrations boom) the activation process will lag behind the registration one.
Note: Registered users are the ones who applied for registration on our platform and paid the registration fee. Active users are the ones who successfully completed the identification process and can use the Plunid platform without restrictions.
