These Terms of Use apply only to the use of the Crypto Plunid Website, whereas the separate Terms and Conditions, including the corresponding policies, govern the use of the Crypto Plunid Platform.

TERM	MEANING

Platform or Plunid	Plunid is a crypto platform that enables Ethereum users to create a Plunid profile linked to their Ethereum address, enabling efficient and safe centralised management of user profiles on the Ethereum blockchain, while simultaneously enabling decentralised transactions and transparency.
Terms or TOU	These terms of use of the Website as updated from time to time.
Third-Party Websites	All the sites owned by other legal or natural persons referred to or accessed through our Website, i.e., external websites.
User, You or your	Any natural person or legal entity who has access to or uses our Website.
Website	The website located at https://plunid.com/, which is in the ownership of Crypto Plunid .

2. AGREEMENT

The purpose of our Website is to give information about the Platform.

Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute an Agreement that applies to you regarding the use of the Website. Crypto Plunid shall not be liable for breaching its obligations due to a circumstance they reasonably could not have foreseen and which is beyond their control, such as, e.g., a force of nature, an act of a legislative or an executive authority, war, civil unrest, act of terror, strike, internet failure or any other circumstance qualifying as force majeure under the applicable law – to the extent that the respective circumstance prevented or hindered the Crypto Plunid’s performance.

This Agreement, including all eventual amendments, represents the entire agreement between you and Crypto Plunid with respect to the subject matter hereof, and it shall supersede all prior written or oral understandings and agreements between you and Crypto Plunid.

In case of a disagreement between the provisions of this Agreement and any understanding, statement, representation, information, the content available on our Website, or other data contained in any other material and correspondence between you and Crypto Plunid, this Agreement shall prevail.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement and any matter or dispute arising out of or related to the subject matter of the Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by the competent court at the seat of the owner of the Website.
